my apt and the building smells like a hamster cage, the elevator is a death trap, and you can hear everything.
he worst part is Maxi.
She is a drunken moron who doesn't know anything.

what does one expect living next to campus? You really can hear everything all the yelling and beating on doors. the laudry rooms are never picked up, as for management there is a great amount of dedication and I will not disagree with the druken part but she is no moron. She works day and night and dealing with allt he stupid college kids no wonder she drinks!

I was reviewing these ratings and felt the need to comment. I live on property and only get called out by security because they call me before the police. If I have ever been intoxicated, it is only slightly, and only because I have been called away from my own apartment to deal with a BAD situation on, what is supposedly my own time which is VERY limited. My suggestion - follow the rules, be considerate to you neighbors and realize this is NOT a DORMITORY. Behave yourselves if you want to live here, follow the rules and you will never hear from me unless you have not paid rent on time or if I get a call from security that you are unruly! Please choose to live here ONLY if you are a responsible adult because that is the type of resident we are looking forward to being here.

Really? Because every person I met in Boulder seemed to be drunken morons and Maxi seemed to be the only person I met in this town who welcomed me with open arms.
