Great for price

Considering the current high priced trends found in Boulder and lack of affordable housing, this apartment complex, right off the RTD 205 route, is great for anyone needing a relatively inexpensive and quiet place to live. Warning: There are college students and families with small children here. I'm not saying it's quiet as a church, just quieter than I expected for living in the city.
Service started out only so-so with repairs and appliance replacement. One particular employee had a snooty attitude and got nothing done. The last few times it has been another employee who has been of great service to us with replacing our refridgerator and fixing the front door.
The office staff is ready to serve, friendly, and personal. A new billing system, however, is causing havok with getting back credit for things like temporary pet deposits.
Unfortunately there is a downside. The apartments have recently been through a complete makeover and there were a few problems with the reconstruction. The front doors are around 1/2 inch above the stop, there appears to be a few flaws with the ducting system allowing one of the walls in our apartment to get fairly hot, and there are inconsistancies with the bathrooms that make it look slightly ugly.
