I moved here from out of state. I confirmed everything a couple times, had a cashier's check for my rent and deposit in hand, and everything I owned in a truck outside. They told me I hadn't rented an apt. there and to be on my way. Then they doubled the deposit. A pretty typical scam, apparently. Had drunks next door who turned their ghettoblaster up at all hours, destroyed things on my patio, threatened to rape me, and tried to break into my apartment more than once. Management blamed me. Management was insulting and threatening. Things broke down and were never fixed. There were ROACHES! Made me sorry I ever moved to Colorado.
