I just moved in here about a month ago and haven?t really run into any large problems. The apartments are large for the price (especially since Boulder is so expensive to live in). There is a lot of closet size and my kitchen size is much larger than most other complexes I looked at. There is ample parking and I never have problems finding a space. The only complaint I have is with how thin the walls are. You can definitely hear the people next to you talking, their television, and their dogs. But, people seem to be very considerate about music and televison levels in the evening. Overall, would recommend so far.

Addition: I just moved out of Meadow Creek after living there for one year and must admit the it is a pretty good place to live. Moving out went very well and I have already received my FULL deposit back (I moved out less than 2 weeks ago). Again, the only thing to keep in mind when moving in here is the noise. I had some pretty loud(amorous)neighbors and was woken up some nights. But, if you don't mind hearing almost every aspect of your neighbors lives, then it really is a great place to live.
