Meadow Creek Apartments

Poorly Managed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   It might be corporate and recently renovated, but management here is weak. While the maintenance guys seem like good guys, they might be overstretched. Maintainence is slow to respond and lacks in many areas - notably a hot tub that continues to break down (so they stick a running garden hose in it to counteract the leak they can't find). Live in a south facing unit where the central AC can not keep the apartment cool in the sun - even in the warm winter months, I need to open windows to keep the inside cool. The continuously overwater, so the grounds are weedy and often soggy as a sponge. Great prices, but something has to give.
