I moved to this complex to get away from the noise of more central Boulder. It was perfect. The complex is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and every maintenance issue I ever had was resolved in less than 48 hours. Every dealing I ever had in my time at Meadow Creek with the office was great. Their staff is amiable, outgoing, and happy to help you out. Parking is ample, animals are allowed, there is a playground, a hot tub, a pool, and a pond on the grounds, the complex is VERY conveniently located next to a King Soopers, a number of good places to eat, a gas station, and a coffee shop. I had absolutely no troubles with anything while I was living in Meadow Creek, and after a terrible experience with an apartment elsewhere, I'll soon be moving back.
