I have to say that there's no privacy living in this apartment. I can hear all of the voices of my neighbors, speaking, snoring, coughing, etc. I dare not speak in my bedroom at night to avoid disturbing my neighbors. I wonder what were used to build the buildings, paper' Don't live here unless you don't like speaking, watching TV, listen music, etc.
The surrounding area is remote from downtown. There is only one grocery store around, where the prices are much higher. No restaurant besides a pizza-hut and a burger-king.
I lived on the first floor and there are always some leaves litter around my door. You will get dog poop very often. It floods whenever it rains.
The rent is expensive. The total expense is $900 per month for a 1-bedroom.
After my lease expired, I moved to south Longmont which is about 78 miles from this place. And now I only pay about $600 totally for a 1-bedroom apt which is a little large than the one I lived in the Meadow Creek. My new apartment is much newer, quiet. There is a big plaza around with mall, walmart, grocery store, tens of restaurant.
I don't see any reason why somebody would live in this shabby place.
