Meadow Creek Apartments

More expensive than it should be From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   After living here in 1998, I was looking forward to moving back in 2003/04 for the quiet neighborhood. It didn't turn out well. The remodel was nice, but the overall quality wasn't spectacular. They left plenty of weird, unfinished spaces where there used to be or should have been closets. On the bottom floor, we heard everything our upstairs neighbor, a leasing agent, and her kids and dog did. She then washed her dog's urine and feces from her balcony onto our patio. Our next door neighbor started yelling matches with someone at 2am. The grounds are constantly flooding due to constant sprinkler usage. We had a few things left in the apartment the week before we turned in the keys. Someone got in (without forced entry) and stole our vacuum cleaner, iron, and a half-dead potted plant. Gated community is a joke as most gates never worked. Plus I got tons of calls from drunk people at the gate who wanted me to let them in.
