Before I start, I want to defuse any rebuts someone might offer. My rent was always on time, and the leasing office people are pretty nice. I kept the place extremely clean, so don't think I caused this.

The problem' Bugs ------- EVERYWHERE! Ants invaded the house and we had to set traps. There are nests of yellow jackets all over the place, and no one does a thing about them.

The apartments are pretty big, but they are overpriced, like all the stores around it. The whole place is one big rip. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your room mate clear as day and you can hear your neighbors just as well. It was obsurd.

The best part' Three times while we were there sewage backed up in our building and little chunks of ---- were in the bathroom and on the carpet' Did they replace it after the second or third time' Hell no they just used cheap carpet cleaning ---- and dried it with a fan. (A tip if you move here, put anything of value on the top shelf in case it floods, and trust me, it will)

As I said, I have no grudge against the office, but they need to invest a little money into these ---- holes. After the third time your house wreaks of raw sewage, you start to get a little pissed.
