This place is an awful place to live. The leasing office staff is not helpful and usually snoty. Our move in was ungodly. My boyfriend and I were moving from over 1,000 mile away and driving a moving van. On our way out we made numerous calls to the leasing office to make sure that they would be there to give us our keys and to make sure our apartment was ready (since our move-in date had already been moved back due to an error made by the office). When we arrived after an entire day of driving, we got our keys, and headed to our apartment. When we got there the people who were supposed to be cleaning our apartment were eating in it, and said they wouldnt be finished for another hour, not to mention that the carpet was still soaked from cleaning that we couldnt put our boxes on it. So when I returned to the office to express my concern, I was told that it should be done and she had to be somewhere in 15 minutes so her hands were tied. For those of you who dont know me, I do NOT accept the explination "I have to be somewhere in 15 minutes." This place is to expensive to get treated like that. My stories could continue all day!
