Horrible place to live. Office staff is incredibly useless and apathetic. Complained about noise from neighbors, excessive drug use, public drunkeness, trash left on patios for days, but alas nothing changed. Dog crap everywhere. Community utility bills, people will leave their patio doors open during the dead of winter only for you to help pay their bills! Really going downhill fast, stay away from this place. Apartments have absolutely no noise mitigation, you'll want to hope your neighbors have the ability to limit their noise.
