The place is evicting everyone, people are skipping out at 2am!! I was 8 days late on rent, after prepaying over 5 months of rent and recieved a "Demand for payment or Possession of Premises" (the first step in eviction aka notice to quit.) The server of the document perjured themselves by claiming that they tried to find us to hand it to us personally before posting it on our door, but made no such effort as we were home at the time of service! The paperwork was also incomplete as it lacked a specific time by which we must be moved out or have the bill paid which is required to be included on such a notice by Colorado Law. The staff is also in violation of the lease because according to the lease all damages on the damage form submitted on move in must be repaired by the maintainence personel within 30 days of submission of damage form, this never occured! The entire time we lived here we have been unable to get maintainence to even reattach the dryer exhaust duct to the wall duct.

Walls are so thin my wife is afraid to speak in our bedroom as one morning when we got in (we had been working nights) we were talking about our night at work in our bedroom and our neighbor pounded on the wall then proceeded to pound on our door. Walls are so thin that they also do not block wireless networks at all, from my apartment I can find at least 5 other wireless networks at all times! Pool is dirty often, and not heated properly. I haven't had any problems with bugs except with a few gnats. Don't move here!
