I have lived here two years and its been ok. The noise is the worst part. There are several large dogs living in my building and I hear them as if they were in my own apartment. My car was also vandalized in the parking lot. The few maitenance request I had were taken care of quickly and the staff seemed nice to me. For being in the Boulder area, the price is not too bad and until the utilities jumped this year with energy prices the utility bills were very reasonable.
