I lived here in 2004-2005 and found the place comfortable and safe. I am adult male, 260#, and have a military assualt vehicle, perhaps that is why I had no problems ('). Management was very polite and maintenance was very quick in fixing any problems that I may have had. Had the ants in the bathroom under the tub, but not a major problem. Rent is decent compared to other Boulder locations, however, I do not like the communal electricity bill, nor the AC, not very cold at all. Overall, it's a good place, very convenient to supermarket, restaurants, Post Office, medical center, etc. I would live there again, Boulder is a great place to live.
