I have been living here for just over a month and have had almost no problems so far. Our garbage disposal got jammed on a Saturday night, we called the office, and a maintenance guy was here within 90 minutes. I haven't heard a peep from my neighbors since moving in, although when you are in the hallway between apartments, you can hear everything (barking dogs, loud tvs). It's also a very animal friendly place, with many places to get bags to pick up your dog's poop (although it seems some people just walk behind the garages and think that leaving it there is okay). All of our appliances work great, and the rooms are big. The kitchen is a great design, lots of counter space with two entrances so that it is less possible to run into a roommate with a pot of boiling water. Parking has never been an issue; I have always found a spot directly outside of my apartment. The bathrooms are nice, and all of the lighting is good. The only problem I have is that there is no light in the living room, so make sure you bring a lamp. If living on the second floor, the deck is very good-sized. And it doesn't seem to matter which way your apartment faces here, there always seems to be a great view of the mountains. We are also a very short walk from the Twin Lakes, which is nice.
