Awful place to live. Office staff is pretty much clueless and patronizing. Paper thin walls, as mentioned by other reviewers. Lots of drunk people and dog crap. Shared utility bills are a joke, outrageous charges for electricity/heating/water. It is cheaper than most places in Boulder, but the headaches associated with this place aren't worth the savings.
