Pretty Special.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here since April 2005. The office staff can be patronizing and clueless, when we wanted to move in and visited the first time we told her we wanted to move in around May and she had us listed as August- even though we told her at least 4 times. Maintenance leaves at 5pm, so after that you're screwed till the next day. You're building splits the heat and all other utilities. Sucks when you're on the second floor and get all the heat from below you, so much that you have to open your windows in the middle of Winter, but still have to pay an extremely large heat bill. We wanted to have two cats, and they told us originally that it would be $20 per month for both, but then decided that it was $20 per cat. Bad carpet- wouldn't replace even though it was coming up in corners when moved in. Somewhat poor fixtures, such as towel rack being very loose when moved in.
