I have lived here for 6 months and will definitly NOT be re-signing the lease. When I first moved in I thought that it would be okay, but I was wrong. Here are just a few of the issues: (1) They call it a gated community, but the gates have been stuck open since at least dec. 1st, (2) The walls are paper thin, I can hear every dog bark, conversation, washing machine, person walking down the hall etc. (you get the idea), (3) they closed the hot tub March 8th claiming that they were putting in new tiles, it has been 15 days and they haven't done a single thing, (4) I needed something replaced at my apartment and told them about it in early December and it still has not been replaced (over 3 months later).

Believe me, if I had known about these issues I would not have lived here.
