We lived here for a few months and SEVERAL times the sewer backed up and started coming out of the bathtub, shower and toilets. We could not use any water for 1-2 days, they took so long to fix it. And that happened on more than one occasion! The front door on the first floors are also to the patio. They are single paned window doors with huge cracks underneath that let in wind, bugs and cold air. The heater went out twice in one winter (during below freezing weather) and they did not fix it until the next day. The best they could do was offer A space heater, yes just one little tiny thing for a TWO BEDROOM!!! Then the air conditioner started leaking and ruined all the clothes in that closet. When asked if we could have some kind of compensation for all the problems they refused to even return our calls or talk to us. I was pregnant and eventually gave birth and we decided we could not raise our child in a mold infested place with sewer leaking out of the tubs. They took us to court and we are STILL paying them. Amber (the apt manager) is a complete jerk and is so unhelpful it disgusts me. Not to mention the meth labs!! How could anyone live here, especially raise a child'!'! Worse yet how can they not understand our wanting to break our lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The way they run you should not pay more than $400 a month, you might as well live in the projects...
