I'm leaving here soon and can hardly wait to get out. I've been here over three years and it's gotten worse. I was very happy the first two years, but then things went downhill. The attitude of the office staff, especially Amber, is very poor. Maintenance staff is great, especially Mensur.

They call themselves luxury apartments and it looks like they spend all their money on making the grounds look pretty and doing nothing to the apartments. They have been to my apartment to fix things, but never to improve anything. I had a broken toilet which I had to complain and complain about before they finally got me a new one which worked properly.

Guess I've been lucky with neighbors. Mine on either side have always been quiet. I could do without upstairs neighbors and kids running down the hall. I also hear the washer and dryer upstairs--usually starts about the time I go to bed.
