No problems, awesome location! From: shawnpere@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 responses 1 photo I just read some of the negative reviews and they paint a picture opposite to my point of view. I've lived here for 2 months and haven't had any bad experience. The area is completely safe from my observation with a great little retail community within a 5 minute walk. Day care, coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants, etc. all right there. That has been very convenient for us. We are still in Boulder but really just north of it 2 exits up the diaganol. The drive in every morning is exceptionally beautiful. After we moved in my wife inspected the apartment and sent in the checklist as you do with any apartment. She reported some areas neeing paint touch up and 2 blinds needing to be fixed (a window blind and the sliding glass door blind). All of this was done by the next day which I thought was extremely fast and I was pleasantly surprised. I see little kids running through the grassy fields and sprinklers and playing daily. The units are being remodeled and I chose one with carpet. My wife and I searched high and low for our price range and this is the only one we found that was clean and nice. See the picture I included. That is looking out the window. We see hot air balloons launching every other day. Does this seem like a drug infested crack house to you'

I agree that the community is safe, but wait until your sewer backs up and nobody cares.

dear mitch, as you probably already know, they foreclosed the house we are all at the motel 6 down the street room 104 i love you....
