Temporary Issues (hopefully)

I have lived on the property since February of 2006. I have been very satisfied with my experience and have recommended this location as a safe, quiet and well-kept community. Serious repairs were needed in my unit last year, but were done in a timely manner with my own personal inconveinence kept to a minimum. I have found the office and maintenence staff to be helpful and accessable when needed. I live on the ground floor and have never had noise issues until this March. The noise level from the new tenants above me has been beyond distracting. It is as though they are stomping and slamming things around with no regard for how loud they are. I have made several complaints and appealed directly to the tenants only to have the door slammed in my face. I was made aware that this occupancy is temporary and understand that the staff are doing as much as possible to get the tenants to cooperate, however, I wanted to put in writing how disruptive and exhaserbating this situation has been for me and my intent to relocate should it continue. I understand that a certain level of noise in this type of living situation is unavoidable, however, what I have been dealing with since March feels as though I am living in a low income housing project. Despite this hopefully temporary situation, I would highly recommend Meadow Creek Apartments.
