I've lived in Meadow Creek for several years. It a well maintained property with a responsive and fairly stable staff. The property manager, Amber, does a great job as does her business staff. Maintenance requests are seen to immediately-rare are delays. All of our neighbors, save one, are wonderful people. They are friendly and giving. In winter things are quieter, but in summer people walk their dogs alongside our apt in the shade of the Boulder Country Club pathway overlooking the golf course. Most people are quite and accommodating, BBQing in summer, sharing cat duty to one of the residents pets (I'm not a cat fan, but the residents love this one), waving and saying hello and just enjoying the outdoors. In the time I've been here, I've come to know many long-term residents who are fine people with interesting stories. Earlier, I did say SAVE ONE. Unfortunately, there always seems to be one. This person is single. I'm told has lived here for over 23 years, moving several times. Best description: rude and intrusive, like a spider sitting in a nest waiting for victims this person harasses the neighbors. I'm in the process of having formal papers drawn on him--so maybe he will move now. We'd love for you, whomever you are, to come live with us at Meadow Creek in the vacant apt and save the community from this ugly, sad person. We've prayed for the spider, but I'm sorry to say our prayers are not working so the legal system is next. Our building is 5107--the best building. Although we do not know this person's name, the apt is upstairs on the golf course side and has a pastoral view. It's a prime one bedroom with great people around you. Call the management and see if you can move into the apt. You'll love the rest of us. AND you'll save us from the spider and we'd all like that.

Did management write this? This isn't the Meadow Creek I left save for the comments on the maintenance staff.

What a joke, I don't know anyone that lives at Meadow Creek that would write this. Management is just trying to fill an apartment.

Actually, I also lived in building 5107 for two years. I had a really good experience with Meadow Creek (although it is too expensive). I can tell that this poster is real, because I know the "spider" guy the poster is referring to. He really is an awful human being who looks for any reason to complain about others. But as far as good experiences, I remember one time the power went out in the summer and all the neighbors came out on the porches and we started talking and sharing stories. I never made a huge effort to get to know people aside from my immediate neighbors, which I found to be nice. I could get to know people if I wanted to, but didn't have to if I didn't feel like it. I lived there peacefully for two years aside from run-ins with the spider.
