Where to start' I have rented here for the past 7 months and have run into numerous problems. I wish i would have listened to the reviews regarding water issues as sinks and bathtubs seem to back up often. Many of the owners are irresponsible and do not clean up after their pets as well. The staff at the front office is not very helpful to the renters as they have poor service, and rarely return phone calls regarding various issues. The paper thin walls makes things interesting when you can hear nearby conversations, music, sex, sneezing, and answer machines. I would not recommend Meadow Creek Apartments for students. The "Security Gates" are often broken and left open for weeks or months until they are prepared. People often steal equipment from the fitness center leaving you with only a couple of dumbells and tredmills. Over the summer, the pool remained closed because it was under construction, while nothing was being constructed. The overall community is unfriendly and unwelcome. In my experience Meadow Creek Apartments is not worth your time and is not worth your money.
