Live as a last Resort

Meadow Creek Apartments seem very nice from the outside and a quick run through, however it is not. Many of my complaints will explain why I DON'T recommend living at Meadow Creek. I lived in a 1 bedroom studio that was suppose to be $649 a month, but my bill at the end of the month was closer to $850-900. When I looked again, they have hidden fees everywhere in the lease agreement that was foreign to me at the time. I ended up getting a dog halfway through my lease, but the "pet deposit" was not prorated, not a big deal until I later found out that you don't receive any money back from your "pet deposit", it is a pet fee. But the fee doesn't include an addition $35 a month for you pet.
The apartment had no ventilation, when cooking i always set off the smoke detectors, moisture from showers never escaped the shower, and my dog was on the verge of a heat stroke when i left him in the back area.
I don't recommend this complex for anyone.
