Mohawk Green Apartments

I do not recommend From: boulder_renter Date posted: 11/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Very dissapointed with the management and the maintanance - had to wait months before somebody comes to fix the problems and had to call at least few times. There are ants everywhere. I had incredible problems breaking the lease, the management did not keep their word. They charged me some ridiculous fees and kept one forth of the deposit even in personal communication they said they will waive the sublease fee. This is not a good and correct business, I do not recommend.
