Because Boulder's rental market is pretty crazy (high rents, small spaces) Mohawk Green looks like a good deal. You get a lot of space (750 sq ft or more) and the condition is good. On the bad side, the neighbors are insanely loud and this place seems to have a lot of crazies! Even apts. in NYC are quieter! The ants are another problem, they are everywhere! They are in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. I've even found them in the shower or crawling through my computer keyboard!
