Noisy, falling apart and poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Apartment turning in to college dorms, loud, obnoxious neighbors.Often at 1 or 2 in the morning. No courtesy between neighbors. Have only met 1 or 2 nice neighbors out of 100. HOT in the summer, very hot. Only one a/c unit in living room. Which makes it unbearable in the summer. Walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors splashing in the tub next door.
