I lived here and had many problems. The apartments are in a good location and are a decent size... however... the management would enter with no notice. They came in once when my roommate was in the shower. When I requested that they alter the lease to require notice, they did so, but continued to enter with no notice and often barely knocked. There were constant problems with the plumbing that maintenance took forever to repair. We were promised a parking spot which was never assigned. A bum lived in the hallway for a week. They took out some of the security deposit for things that never even existed in the apartment. When I called to discuss this I left several messages and nobody ever called me back. Oh and they constantly turned off the water with no notice. Overall, I would look for a slightly better local slumlord.
