They claim they have a noise ordiance that is very strict, but I have never seen that placed in effect as it is noisy almost every night. When you want your door open for fresh air at night, forget about silence to sleep and the everyone can see straight into your place if you do not close the blinds. You have to pay for a key card to get into the building; it is not included in your rent. You do get a sticker for parking, however if you do not park in head first you don't just get slapped with a $15-20 dollar fine but instead you will get the boot. The only good thing this place has to offer is the view, and I'd rather look elsewhere for the same views.
