This place sucks big time. do not live here unless you want to never have your landlord fix anything that does not work. The landlord never cleans the place, it smells and has garbage all over. There have been numerous water leaks into tenants apartments and the landlord won't fix the damage or pay for tennant's damaged property. The roof is damaged. The rent is not cheap. there have been numerous break-ins into both cars and apartments. You will never see your security deposit again either. This is the worst place to live in Boulder. Stay away.
