Soon after I moved in to the Goss 22 apartments run by Steinmetz Rental Properties, I started waking up with itchy bites all over my body every morning. I didn't know what was causing them, because I never saw anything suspicious. 5 months later, I finally found bugs that I identified as bedbugs, and they were EVERYWHERE! They were in the carpet, in the kitchen cabinets, in all my clothes, furniture, etc.; it was horrible. Not only would the property manager not let me break my lease, but he threatened to make me pay for the extermination as he said it was my fault that they were there because he had "never had this problem before." However, when the Enviropest technician came, he told that he is ALWAYS at this address spraying for bedbugs and this place is "known for this type of problem".

When I moved I needed to get rid of most of my furniture, and put everything else I owned in the dryer on high heat for one hour and DAMN this was a lot of quarters. Do NOT live here, you will regret it!
