It has been over a year since I moved out of this slum and I am still fighting these -------s for my security deposit. Brad is the worst landlord I have ever encountered- and the maintenance team is not to be trusted. When I went to see the place the night before I moved in- it was trashed- dirty carpets, disgusting bathroom and kitchen. When I called to negoiate my move-in date and price- Brad was such an -------, I should have just backed out of the deal. They take very poor care of the community in general, but to boost- there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE- and I'm a clean person!!! I was never as happy than the moment I left that -----hole... I just can't believe I am still dealing with them!
