This is a great place to live if you're an outgoing young person who wants to meet a lot of people.
Frequent parties during the warm months lend themselves well to meeting people and building a strong community atmosphere.
The pool and spa occasionally don't get cleaned as often as they should and the security company has a tendancy to break up parties that go on too long or are too loud.
Bedrooms are large if not shared, but shared living room/kitchen area is very small. Maintenance is very responsive as they live on site as does some of the management.
furniture is in reasonably good shape, but rather cheap, especially the dining room chairs and sometimes very squeeky beds.
Free cable, high speed internet computer lab, small workout room, pool, spa, large deck and courtyard make sterling a very good value.
