Now called Sterling University Peaks, I lived there from August 2002 - May 2003. I really enjoyed the community events and met lots of cool people.
The management folks are very laid-back, college students who keep the place mostly clean -- maintenance repsonds quickly and generally efficiently. There is a pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, computer lab, lounge, and weight room, which are all kept in good condition. My only complaint is with the computer lab; sometimes the computers are slow or not working. (Mostly this is due to mischief caused by various tenants -- management works constantly to prevent this.)
All in all, I give Sterling a high rating. Now that I'm graduating, though, I need something less fun-college-community oriented
