Beware of Sterling University Peaks!

Sterling University Peaks is a good value for college students, but every other aspect was extremely poor. Residents trashed the place every weekend, noise levels were out of control, the office staff was anything but helpful - and cars in the parking lot were vandalized regularily. The location and price of these apartments are good, but don't live there unless you are prepared for a year's worth of headaches and sleeplessness!!!!!!
