Sterling University Peaks is the name of the place now. There is heavy drug use, overlooked with a smile and a wink by the office staff. Anything nice the residents destroy. Lots of false fire alarms, grafiti, emergencies. Laundry is regularly stolen from the basement facilities. The apartments come furnished but it is of poor quality. International students are treated rudely. The company is corrupt and it shows.
