3 years later and still no closure.. too bored surfing the net lately thought you might stick it to Sterling University Peaks' The internet aparrently doesn't have enough porn for this loser. Get over yourself! By the way a little reality check disgruntled reviewer you live/lived in Boulder and you're going to complain about ganja. Jesus! Why don't you move to Denver where the crack heads are abundant and the chances of having your knee shattered by a pimp stick are a little more likely.
It is true Sterling University Peaks caters to a younger crowd afterall ITS only a few blocks from campus. Yet it never fails that some uptight individual like the reviewer above will insist on living amonst the college crowd and then complain incessantly about minimal noise and freak occurrences.
Drug use is not condoned here, quiet hours after 11pm, the apartment community is great, and most importantly I am happy to be a resident here.
We don't want your lame kind here!
