This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is one block East of the university. It is the best place to live for the buck if you do not to sign away your inheritance to live close to CU. Meaning, good bang for the buck.
Good:
-Cheap
-Friendly, honest people
-Friendly, honest people who party hard
-Management who are NOT CROOKS (hard to find in Boulder)
-Honestly, people here party hard and I never had to look for a party

Bad:
-that story about the ---- in the pool is true, this is because all the maintenance guys keep getting fired/quit and they are always understaffed in that regard.
-because of the above, it is hard to get anything fixed, so don't break anything
-usually parking is good, but sometimes you cannot find parking if there is a basketball game (close to Coors events Centre)
-Oh, if you casually park anywhere where you are not supposed to, YOU WILL GET BOOTED, they have ---- parking enforcement in that area, and it costs $60 to get it removed
-Used to have a lot of hot chicks who lived there, now it's a sausage fest. Good place for pre- and post-parties, but you have to go other places to meet girls
