Not luxury living, but darn close to campus.

Great location if your on the south side of campus. I have been here for 2 years now, rode the management rollercoaster. The apartments went through hell and back with a flux of incompetent management, yet the new manager seems to have a good head on her shoulders leaving me pretty happy.
Pros
-A lot of parking (well at least on the west side)
-Utilities/cable included in rent
-New common areas. Took forever but turned out nice
-Friendly office staff (at least to me. Treat people with respect and you get it back.)
-Pool, gazebo, porch, hot tub
-Friendly residents
-Fun events held on fairly regular basis
Cons
----- parking security
-Some sketchy residents. Ive never run into problems, but some have, although Im not quite sure if this differs elsewhere.
-Noise in hallways can be bad. Thin doors. I moved to an end unit last year and solved my own problem.
-Insufficient A/C and heat
-No pets policy doesnt get enforced
-Police seem to target building and harass residents.
-Kitchen floors need replacing bad(I hear they may be starting to do this) 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
