I have lived here for two years going on three now. I'm tired of reading nothing but complaints. Everytime I have put in a work order it has been done in a timely manner. if they didn't have the equipment and needed time get it and to finish, they warned me first. my old roomate did have a few things wrong in her apartment that never got fixed, but it was because she never put in a work order. the maintenance staff is not psychic! And about safety! I have never felt unsafe here and even met my best friend at one of the mixers that the complex through on their dime. Yes there have been a couple of weirdos, but what community doesn't have them!' And i knew one person who did have their car "broken into"... They left all of their windows down and their i-pod, which had been sitting on the front seat, was missing. You live in the city! don't be dumb!
