This was my 5th apartment. I had a different apartment for each of my four years in college, and i thought a few of them were crummy at the time. Nope. The management here is god aweful. They filed for eviction against my friend on the 4th of the month, when rent was due by the third. They didn't even bother with late fees... They took more than a month to bother fixing my roommate's flooded floor, and the maintainance guys admitted it was just because they didnt want to do the job. Management style is arrogant and condescending; they make you feel like you did something wrong if you have anything to discuss with them. Oh, and lets not forget about the tenants. I hear screaming matches and/or wild parties any given night here, and the cops are around constantly on the weekends. And lastly, the first time i ever took a bath i got a knock on my door, the apt downstairs was flooding. Apparently the drain was never attached to the pipes! People who like this place just don't know any better. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
