Am I the only one who's suspicious of the fact that all of the positive reviews are completely one-sided in favor of the place and all include the EXACT same highlight points, for example:
"the area is really cool and a lot of great people live there. there is always something fun going on somewhere, either down by the pool or in your neighbor's rooms."

Further investigation by the ApartmentRatings staff is definitely warranted - especially when these reviews are compared to EVERY OTHER REVIEW on this place.
