Our experience at Tantra has been horrible. We moved in last Feb (2003). The day we moved in, the heat wasnt working, so we called maintenance. While we were out running errands, they came in and lit our pilot light - and left the burner on the stove on high!
We had asked them to not enter our apartment without one of us present because we have a large dog and dont want to take any chances. Theres been people in our apartment at least twice that we know of.
We have gotten no less than four nails in our tires from the sloppy job that Triton does on the "remodel".
They had us kicked out of our parking lot for two weeks - to put some tar in the cracks and SPRAYPAINT the parking lot. THey didnt even repave it.
They are expecting us to pay $85 a month for a garage when theyre done, even though its during our original lease period and theyre taking parking away from us that we signed up for.
The parking lot lights were not set to come on until around 10:00 p.m. It was like this for about a month, until I complained. Not sure if thats a coincidence or not.
In my opinion, the office staff comes across as bitchy and arrogant. Not very friendly.
The whole place is a disaster. I almost forgot to mention the asbestos and lead in all of the places. I cant wait to get my kids out of there.
Is anybody suing them'
