Good. Having some growing pains

I?ve owned a place here for half a year now. A two bedroom condo. I moved in right when the management switch happened. The staff at the sales office (I don?t go to the leasing office except when i get packages) is always nice and helpful. Yes they don?t call back sometimes but mostly they do. I had a crack in my shower for a while and it did take a while to get people to come fix it. They tried different things like bondoing the crack n stuff and eventually just replaced the whole shower pan. The guy I dealt with the most, jason, blew me off alot, but then i talked to the foreman mike and he apologized alot for the time it took and is now actually going to fix random other things around my place for free. I hardly ever hear anybody around me through the walls or anything and the one time it was a problem i went next door and said "Hey I?m sleeping could you guys keep it down'" and they said "Oh I?m sorry of course I can!" etc I wonder if anybody who has written a review here complaining about sound has actually talked to their neighbor about it. The view is awesome. We are right next to boulder open space or whatever it?s called. Also with them redoing everything I think it?s a great time to buy. It?s bound to appreciate.
