It is a frigid Colorado night and our heater is cranked to the max. Our downstairs level is a "comfortable" 40 degrees. This is just one of the many problems we have faced while living in this hell hole over the past nine months. The problem has still not been fixed to this day.
It all started last Feb., when we were getting ready to sign our lease. We had reserved a specific unit, at a set monthly rate. When we came in to sign our lease, the unorganized management of Tantra tried to raise our rent and moved us to a different unit, even though we had proof of the original agreement. After living here for one month, Tantra had the balls to post a notice on our door to let us know that our unit could be sold at any time, forcing us to move in the middle of our lease.

It is now two months into our lease and we awake at 8am to a young gentleman outside our windows pounding on our walls with a hammer. Oh yeah, the management neglected to inform us that there would be extensive construction throughout the entire complex for the remainder of our stay here. We are writing this review four days before we will move out, and at this very moment the pounding of hammers can still be heard.

Our once pleasant view out our front door has now been replaced by an $85 a month eye sore. During the construction of these garages, dangerous trenches and countless nails provide for a safe environment for our young neighbors. Various flyers had been posted on our doors stating the dates that we were allowed to park in front of our unit. However, it is curious that many vehicles were towed during the specified dates. For all you Geo Metro owners, these garages will barely accommodate your vehicle.

Customer service is not Tantra's way of business. If you have a concern be prepared to put up a fight with the "professional" management. Rather than attempt to resolve issues, Tantra will argue with you and look out for their own best interests.
