Sucks. Omni Properties are thievin' bastards

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
A few tenants where paying the utilities of every new owner in the building. This caused the utility bills to increse x4. Any decent managment would have looked into it and find solutions for everyone. But no, Onmi properties refuses to pay attention to the tenant's complaints. National Water & Power (the billing company) has not been able to contact Onmi properties to find solutions for this issue. Tantra Lakes is not willing to refund the excess payment done by the tenants.
