I totally agree with the previous review, Tantra lake leasing staff are liars and theives. They keep changing utility companys for looking for the best way to steal your money. I got exactly the same rediculously high utility bills from January till May. They have multiple faces, before you sign up the lease, they smile to you; after you move in, you will realize you were trapped. To fill in the vacancy, they decreased rent for $200 per month to get more new residents. Meanwhile, they lied to current residents that the market price was still higher than the price they offered to them. Even if you told them that you saw the ads, they still denied. They would be very mad if you point out their mistakes and rejected to correct them. This is the most terrible experience I have ever had in Boulder. Watch out, get away from them, or you will regret.
