I agree that Tantra Lake has some problems but if you have ever lived any where else in Boulder you will see that this place is not any worse. Atleast here you have amenities. I have lived in Boulder for 6 years( I am majoring in campus wildlife) and have lived every where this place is not bad. Maybe if you would give the staff a chance to make a change since Omni left without everyone on there s--- then they could get something done. I will be resigning my lease again. LEt me know if any of you have found a place with the amenities, space,price,location and floorplan cause I would check it out.
