Ineptitude From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Polly (the Property Manager) fired the previous office mangager because she was too nice to the tenants. Seriously. Get any and everything in writing... detailed, initialed, etc. before signing a lease. Caveat Emptor. Know before you sign that you can NOT have a TV satellite dish if you live in the apartment buildings on this property. They have a deal with the cable company. :( The groundskeepers deserve a huge hand for doing a fantastic job despite the inept management. The property itself is beautiful! Looking out the window at a lake with a fountain and year round swans, and the breathtaking mountain view make it worth living here for us.
